Working Remotely

TG embraces a remote first work environment to promote healthy work-life-balance. While we have offices in Bahrain (where it all started) and in the UAE, we actually have team members located all over the world. It works for us and we hope it works for you too!

Remote work is also not easy, especially when you are a small team still figuring a lot of stuff out. So, we spend time every month asking our team members about the challenges they face with working remotely in order to continually evolve our virtual work offering. We are always open to feedback!

"It's very hard to get to know people in other departments, both up and down the leadership structure. You just don't have an opportunity to interact with people. This is why at TG we take feedback very seriously and are continuously looking to find ways and tools to make virtual interaction better for everyone."

Working days and hours

We follow standard working hours from Sundays to Thursdays (8.30am to 5.30pm AST) with weekends are on Fridays and Saturdays. However, we do recognize this might be challenging for those based outside of the MENA region and therefore encourage conversations with your reporting manager to understand if there is room for flexibility.
